How to Participate

One event, multiple opportunities

 

OMC Med Energy 2025 Conference and Exhibition are held at the same time within the same venue. A unique event offering different opportunities: from attending the technical sessions and strategic panels to visiting the exhibition halls or participating in the B2B energy meetings...and much more!

All participants must be over 18 and have a personal entry badge. On-site registrations accepted upon availability only. Access to the different areas depends on the type of registration performed, please check the event agenda and purchase the badge that best suits your needs.

Attending the Conference

The payment of registration fees is required to partecipate in the conference. Several types of registrations are available: Premium, Standard, 1 Day.

All the above include access to the exhibition area, strategic panels and technical presentations, working lunches, social event, free download of the conference proceedings and complimentary wi-fi access, while access to the 2 Plenary sessions is reserved to Premium registrations.

Discounted early bird rates apply till 31st January 2025

Moreover, Exhibitors (max 5 per company), Speakers (max 2 per paper), Chairpersons, OMC Committee Members and Academia are entitled to further discounts.

Visiting the Exhibition

Gathering operators, suppliers, international corporations and associations under one roof, the exhibition is the perfect hub for fruitful business collaborations. 4 pavilions to connect and build impactful partnerships, expand or strengthen your network and establish valuable contacts.

Visitor registration - 1 day or 3 day tickets available for purchase from mid-December 2024  including access to the exhibition halls, Presentation Hub and to the B2B Energy Meetings programme.

Space Application

Students

Full-time student who register providing suitable ID have free access to the Conference rooms and the Exhibition.

OMC Med Energy has always opened its doors to students and young researchers with the aim of fostering the exchange of knowledge, disseminating cutting-edge research and enhancing the vision of the new generations. Members of the working press are welcome to attend the Conference and visit the Exhibition.
Press Accreditation is reserved reporters, journalists, editors, publishers who provide relevant documentation.
