Company Profile
Franchini Acciai is an Italian forging company founded in 1968 and specialized in forging, heat treatment and machining of carbon, alloy and stainless steel. Our manufacturing capabilities range from 500 kg up to 75 ton. and allow us to produce semi-finished and finished items with very complex geometry and shape starting from round, square or polygonal ingots. Application: Oil & Gas, Power Generation, Cement & Mining, Nuclear, and Plant Equipment.
Our Energy Transition Route
Environmental:
Upgrade of our forging gas furnaces (Reduction of energy, consumption of 30% and gas consumption of 40%).
Additional roof solar panels (2Mw installed with energy reduction of 20%).
Clean/dirty water separator tank (The rainwater is purified from the dirty water for the reintegration of our T.T. tanks).
