Our Energy Transition Route
Renco has increased its focus on sustainability throughout the year by implementing initiatives to improve energy efficiency, reduce CO2 emissions, and promote renewable energy use. A major project highlighting this commitment is Ja.Ca.Mbé in Mbé Congo. This project will plant Acacia Mangium trees across 40,000 ha, creating carbon sinks that will absorb millions of tons of CO2 from the atmosphere.
