Our Energy Transition Route

MMH's terminal is part of the Shore-to-Ship initiative, a significant environmental investment aimed at reducing emissions from vessels docked in the Grand Harbour. This project enables vessels to connect to Malta's electrical grid while berthed, allowing them to shut down their auxiliary engines and thereby significantly decreasing air pollution and noise levels in the surrounding areas.
