EXHIBITION OPENING TIMES

- Tuesday 8th April: 10.00 – 18.00
- Wednesday 9th April: 09.00 – 18.00
- Thursday 10th April: 09.00 - 15.00
Exhibitors and their staff are permitted to be at their stand 1 hour before scheduled opening time each day and stay 30 minutes longer after the event is closed

BUILD UP & DISMANTLING TIMES

- from Thursday 3rd April to Sunday 6th April: 08.00 – 19.00
- Monday 7th April: no construction/buildup work is allowed, no stand builders and contractors are allowed to enter the exhibition halls and exhibitors are allowed to access their stand until 13:00 only
- Thursday 10th April 2025: 16.30 - 20.00 (dismantling of small items and electrical fittings)
- Friday 11th April: 08.00 - 20.00 (dismantling of stand fittings and larger exhibits)
HOW TO REQUIRE AN ENTRANCE BADGE
- Exhibitors can request their badges as well as their contractor badges in the Exhibitor Dashboard
- Visitors can purchase their entrance tickets on the Vivaticket ticketing system
- Participants to the conference can register on the OMC Med Energy conference registration system
