Few easy steps towards your OMC Med Energy experience
Please note that access to different areas and sessions depends on your registration type. Check the event agenda for clarifications and details.
Conference registrations must be performed online by 4th April 2025
- Sign-in or create an account to enter the 'Conference' menù of your dashboard
- Select the conference badge your wish to purchase. Your registration will be confirmed and your entry badge will be e-mailed after payment is performed
- Personal badges must be printed and shown together with a valid ID in order to access OMC premises
- Collect your badge holder and welcome kit upon arrival at OMC Med Energy venue

Registration TERMS & CONDITIONS
All fees should be paid in full before the event starts.
Entry badges are personal. They must be must be printed and shown together with a valid ID in order to access OMC premises.
Methods of payments
- Bank Transfer are accepted until 20th March 2025
Bank details are indicated on the invoice sent soon after registration order is confirmed. Bank fees must be at participants' charge.
- Credit Card
We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, NO AMERICAN EXPRESS ON-SITE
OMC Med Energy reserves the right to modify the order and adjust the registration fees if participants are found not to be eligible for the selected category/discount.
Substitutions and cancellation policy
- substitutions are accepted in writing until 4th April, e-mail registration@omc.it
- cancellations must be sent in writing to registration@omc.it
- up to 45 days before the event: 70% refund
- no refund for cancellation received in the last 44 days before the event or in case of no show
- in case of cancellation of the event by the organisers: 100% refund
- in case the event could not take place on the scheduled dates, be postponed for reasons of “force majeure” and the participant was unable to attend on the new dates: 60% of the fees refunded.
Student Registration
Free access to the conference rooms for students who provide copy of a student card upon registration. Students acting as presenting authors in the conference agenda will be charged the Speakers' fee.
Press accreditation
Free access to the conference rooms is available to reporters, journalists, editors, publishers, photographers who provide an official letter or copy of valid press card upon registration.
